Salary: $100,000 - 120,000+ OTE

$100,000 - $120,000+ 1st year OTE (base $60,000 - $80,000)

What You’ll Do at TrinWare Location: Onsite in Centennial, CO

Reports to: Director of Sales, Managed Services

Solution Selling: Use a value-driven, consultative approach to recommend and deliver customized IT solutions.

Own the Sales Cycle: Prospect, qualify, and close opportunities across short and complex sales cycles with collaboration across marketing, sales, and service delivery.

Drive Revenue Growth & Expansion: Close new business while identifying and developing opportunities within existing client accounts.

Leverage CRM Tools: Use HubSpot and ConnectWise PSA/CPQ to manage pipeline, build quotes, and streamline handoffs.

Growth Mindset: Bring fresh ideas to improve sales strategy and workflows.

What You Bring

3–5+ years closing MSP or tech services deals in IT Managed Services, Cloud Computing, BC/DR, or Cybersecurity.

Hands-on experience with ConnectWise PSA/CPQ and a CRM (preferably HubSpot).

Proven history of consistently exceeding quota through outbound pipeline generation.

Creative, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication, relationship-building, and organization skills.
