Loan Document Specialist II - Commercial Loan Document Specialist II – Commercial is responsible for advanced preparation, review, and management of commercial loan documentation, with focus on commercial real estate and C&I lending.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review complex commercial loan documents for both real estate and C&I loans, ensuring strict adherence to lending regulations and bank’s credit policy.

Review prepared documents for accuracy and consistency with approval requirements.

Review collateral support documents such as title commitments.

Confirm appraisal and/or environmental reports are completed with appropriate review/sign off.

Use banking systems such as Laser Pro and Salesforce/nC
