Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI projects from conception to completion, ensuring measurable results.
Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on CI methodologies and tools.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency gains through data analysis and Gemba walks.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and impact of CI initiatives.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem‑solving throughout the organization.
Standardize best practices and ensure their sustained implementation across relevant departments.
Recommended Qualifications
Extensive experience (5+ years) in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
Proven ability to lead and manage complex improvement projects and drive cultural change.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data analysis skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with advanced BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for performance tracking and visualization.
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or significant experience leading organizational change initiatives.
Proficiency in Theory of Constraints (TOC) methodologies.
Background in implementing automation or Industry 4.0 solutions within a manufacturing environment.
Strong financial acumen with experience in cost accounting and ROI analysis for improvement projects.
