Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in German

Provide detailed assistance with order processing, returns, and refunds for a seamless customer experience

Address inquiries about product specifications, shipping options, and payment methods

Resolve complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow‑up

Collaborate with other teams such as logistics and marketing to enhance overall service delivery

Requirements

Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
