Home Loans Operations Analyst
BACHELOR'S REQUIRED

Background on the Position
Private Banking Operations supports the Private Banking Group, providing operational support to the US Banks and Broker/Dealer Lending Products, Deposit Products, Banking Services, Collateral Monitoring, Margin Operations and Vendor Management. The candidate would be responsible for completing day‑to‑day operational tasks related to the oversight of vendor services supporting the US Banks, including mortgage origination services.
Primary Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to appraisal escalation requests from Home Loans – review monthly reports and escalate to management when necessary.
Provide client service to the field: handle incoming emails.
Escalate issues to management and provide recommendations for resolution.
Participate in projects and training when needed, taking notes and meeting minutes.
Skills Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate information to a range of audiences.
Self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks.
Adaptable team player.
Detail oriented and able to adhere to strict timelines.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑pace environment.
Analytical skills and ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources.
Ability to proactively contribute toward continued improvements in control, operational efficiency, and industry initiatives.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Operations, Finance, Accounting, or a business‑related field.
Prior experience in Lending Operations within a Financial Services company is preferred.
