IMCOR is one of Arizona’s largest mechanical subcontractors, specializing in design/build, industrial HVAC, piping and plumbing systems, service maintenance and special/facility projects. We have immediate full‑time openings for skilled commercial/industrial pipefitters.
Responsibilities
Work on trade‑specific pipe fitting for new construction and tenant improvement projects.
Install, update, troubleshoot, and repair pipe fitting assignments.
Perform layout and installation of pipe fittings and materials.
Read and interpret contract documents, submittals, shop drawings, architectural, structural and mechanical drawings.
Duties (examples)
Build mechanical rooms.
Work with threaded pipe, soldering copper fittings, welding pipe.
Layout pipe from point to point.
Install heating and hot‑water pumps.
Work with steam pipes / steam traps.
Requirements
At least five years of recent, relevant pipe fitting experience, or equivalent education/experience.
Must have all tools required for the job.
Must be able to lift or carry up to 80 pounds.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must pass a drug screen with a negative result.
