We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Specialist (Sr. BDS), for our Mid-Atlantic Region who can provide strong local presence for our agents and policyholders. The selected candidate will be the central point of contact for our agency partners. Will also promote sales of various commercial property and casualty products through the independent agency system and be responsible for the acquisition and retention of profitable accounts through sound underwriting principles reflective of company policy. Candidate must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with our agency partners and be responsible for new account selection, new account pricing, renewal pricing terms, and direct policyholder service. The BDS will work with their agents to set strategic goals through annual planning sessions. Prefer existing agency relationships in Pennsylvania area. The selected candidate will work remotely and this territory will include the Pennsylvania area.

The salary range for this position is $102,357-$157,629 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
