Payer Relations Coordinator
At Tutera Senior Living & Health Care, we are looking for a dedicated Payer Relations Coordinator to manage relationships with insurance payers and ensure accurate, timely reimbursement for skilled nursing services.
What Will You Do in This Role? A Payer Relations Coordinator verifies patient insurance benefits, obtains prior authorizations, and resolves insurance coverage issues. The coordinator works closely with admissions, billing, and clinical teams to maintain compliance and optimize revenue cycle outcomes.
Do You Have What It Takes?
Fire and passion for working with seniors
Eligibility & Authorization Experience
Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Minimum of three years of related experience (required)
Strong work ethic and team player mentality
Prior experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail
