What You’ll Do As a Showroom Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional results while curating a 5-star bridal experience that’s truly unforgettable. Key responsibilities include:
Achieve monthly sales targets — both closing ratio and total revenue
Recruit, hire, and train high-performing stylists who reflect our brand values
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance development
Oversee daily showroom operations including scheduling, ordering, and inventory
Merchandise gowns and accessories; forecast and purchase new samples and back stock
Build strong rapport with clients and navigate emotionally charged situations with care and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 8 years of customer service experience
Minimum 6 years of high-level management experience
Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for bridal, fashion, and luxury customer service (bridal experience preferred)
