Legal Talent Attraction Specialist at LHH Recruitment Solutions
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal for a full‑time role in Charlotte, NC. This position offers a hybrid schedule (4 days in office / 1 day remote) and supports corporate, M&A, and transactional matters.
Responsibilities
Prepare and file entity formation, governance, and statutory documents.
Draft board and stockholder consents and resolutions.
Maintain minute books, stock ledgers, and corporate records.
Assist with M&A closings, including signature management and closing binders.
Prepare and file UCCs and coordinate lien/search results.
Support compliance, qualifications, and registered agent matters.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of corporate paralegal experience (M&A/transactions preferred).
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
