Key Responsibilities
Oversee asset adoption growth across new partners, chains, and regions
Design and execute joint campaigns with wallets, CEXs, and DEXs
Evaluate partner performance using onchain and campaign data to optimize ROI
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in growth and marketing within crypto, fintech, or DeFi
Solid understanding of onchain data, KPIs, and performance analytics
Comfortable navigating regulatory and compliance considerations
Highly organized with strong project management abilities
Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems and tokenized assets
