E-Commerce Optimization Manager – Remote (Spain, Poland, Italy, or France)
We are looking for a highly skilled E‑commerce Optimisation Manager to support the rollout and continuous improvement of digital standards across multiple international markets. This brand‑new role was created as part of our global scope expansion, giving you the opportunity to shape how we deliver digital excellence across regions.
This position is fully remote and can be based in Spain, Poland, Italy, or France.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct website audits across local markets to evaluate alignment with global brand guidelines and UX best practices, tracking compliance over time.
Review third‑party e‑commerce platforms to assess brand presentation, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Evaluate adoption of e‑commerce elements, including visual identity, messaging, tone of voice, content accuracy, and asset usage.
Document insights and findings in clear, visually compelling audit reports tailored for global and local market audiences.
Leverage analytics and available data (incl. GA4) to validate findings, enrich recommendations, and highlight best practices.
Create clear, actionable recommendations for individual markets to support ongoing digital optimisation.
Stay informed on digital and UX best practices, emerging trends, tools, and standards to enhance the quality and efficiency of audits.
Build strong internal and external relationships, collaborating with a global team of specialists to deliver high‑quality work.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Strong understanding of e‑commerce best practices and experience reviewing third‑party e‑commerce platforms.
Proficiency with GA4 and the ability to interpret performance data.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with experience working across international markets.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to create clear, visually impactful slide decks.
High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
Proactive, self‑starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to stay updated on emerging trends.
Social media experience (advantageous).
Experience in restricted product categories (e.g. tobacco) is an asset.
Previous marketing or digital agency experience beneficial.
Ability to think critically, ask the right questions, and work logically through complex tasks.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and committed to delivering high‑quality work.
