Responsibilities
Evaluates product texture and consistency to ensure quality standards are met.
Collect samples from each batch for laboratory testing and analysis.
Communicates quality deviations to Production and Quality Assurance management for corrective action.
Monitors food manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Reviews product formulations and final batches to verify correct ingredient levels and adherence to customer or company recipes.
Assesses raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods using established identification tools and procedures.
Reviews product labeling to confirm compliance with customer and company specifications.
Verifies net weights and finished product temperatures.
Adheres to company safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
High School Diploma required.
Minimum 1 years of Food Manufacturing experience.
Basic computer skills are necessary.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired.
