Actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process as a key technical advisor. Focus on hardware capabilities, software requirements, and systems integration. Engage customers to understand their business and technical needs, translating them into technical and commercial proposals. Support the elaboration of profitable proposals and assist the sales team in winning new business. Collaborate with Product Management to identify the best product or solution set to address customer problems. Support customers in evaluating products and solutions in their labs. Identify unique customer requirements, develop end‑to‑end solutions, and map requirements to product specifications. Influence customer solution and architecture, sharing plans internally with product units and sales. Validate product feasibility with Product Management and demo new products and partner solutions. Position Vantiva products against competitors, tracking bid schedules and ensuring quality responses. Conduct customer presentations and demos, participate in the defense phase of RFXs, and assist in lab product evaluation. Build relationships with technical stakeholders and address technical roadblocks with product units. Assist in developing a go‑to‑market plan for new product offers. Must be located in Atlanta, Philadelphia, or Newark. Qualifications

10+ years of experience supporting broadband service providers in a technical/pre‑sales capacity. Knowledge and experience with Fiber (GPON, XGS‑PON), FWA (5G), DOCSIS (D3.1+, D4.0) and Wi‑Fi. Ability to articulate complex technical topics clearly. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Background working with and selling CPE to service providers. Experience working in distributed organizations across Product Management, R&D, Support, and Program Management. Comfortable in a lab setting working with testing equipment, interpreting test results, and capturing logs. EEO Statement
