Responsibilities
We’re looking for a service‑driven Leasing Consultant to guide prospective residents through the leasing process—from initial inquiry, through property tours, application processing, and move‑in day—and to support a strong sense of community. This role is located at Heritage at Valley Ranch, a 264‑unit, garden‑style community in Irving, Texas.
Welcome prospects and conduct personalized property tours, highlighting lifestyle features, community amenities and neighborhood insights.
Use CRM systems to track leads and follow up with care and attention.
Prepare and process lease applications, documents and renewals.
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, tour strategies and promotions.
Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
Support smooth move‑ins and move‑outs, coordinate resident events and activities, and deliver personal touches such as welcome kits and birthday notes.
Gather feedback to improve the resident experience.
Maintain leasing office, models and amenity spaces in a clean, tour‑ready state.
Partner with maintenance and operations to address property needs.
Manage leasing paperwork and maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws.
Track occupancy data and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
Monitor KPIs, identify performance improvements, and manage online reviews and resident concerns.
Participate in marketing campaigns, leasing events and team meetings; stay current with industry trends; be a team player who supports as needed.
Qualifications
Experience in leasing, hospitality or customer service.
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal and in‑person.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Weekend availability required (two weekdays off).
A valid real‑estate license or willingness to obtain one.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation
$19.00 – $21.00 per hour plus commission for every home leased.
Annual performance‑based bonus.
