Responsibilities
Love and engage with all kinds of people.
Seal the deal, achieving at least a 20% closing ratio.
Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents gather.
Conduct inspections and tours, ensuring models look their best.
Stay aware of local market conditions and trends.
Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction.
Communicate professionally with residents, both verbally and written.
Provide excellent customer service to all prospective, existing residents and team members.
Demonstrate exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
At least two years of transferable experience in customer service.
Ability to adapt to new technologies.
Proficiency in written, spoken, and understood English.
