Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer, located in Macomb, MI (REMOTE). The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients with mortgage applications, evaluating financial information, and guiding clients through the loan application process. Responsibilities include understanding loan programs, reviewing applications for compliance, collaborating with underwriters, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Qualifications
Experience or skills in Loan Officers and the Mortgage Industry
Knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Underwriting processes
Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Proficiency in managing and organizing documentation
Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations
Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with loan processing systems is a plus
