Who You Are
Active and unrestricted real estate license.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market.
Minimum of 1 year residential real‑estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related experience including prior Redfin experience.
Trained as a trusted advisor who guides clients through the buying and selling process.
Proven record of winning web leads, closing deals and earning referral business.
Excellent interpersonal communication and customer‑service skills.
Embraces technology to build business and collaborate efficiently.
Compensation This is a commission‑based role with unlimited upside. Commissions are expected to range from $20,000 to $250,000. On average, agents make $85,000, but potential is uncapped.
