Senior Manager, Graphic and Brand Design (Remote) A leading corporate advisory and events firm is seeking a highly organized, design-forward Senior Manager, Graphic and Brand Design to support a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients. This role is a unique hybrid of hands‑on creative execution and strategic project management. You will translate complex brand strategies into polished visual assets while ensuring creative workflows remain on schedule and consistent with client standards.

Responsibilities

Execute hands‑on design and produce polished, on‑brand assets with high precision across multiple client accounts.

Develop high‑stakes PowerPoint presentations utilizing advanced visual storytelling, hierarchy, and consistent layouts.

Translate strategic objectives into cohesive visual executions using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.

Perform rigorous quality control on all creative work to ensure brand consistency and accuracy before client delivery.

Lead project management from kickoff to completion, tracking milestones, dependencies, and approval timelines.

Manage resourcing and prioritization for multiple concurrent projects to ensure on‑time delivery.

Coordinate cross‑functional workflows between strategy, creative, and production teams for seamless project handoffs.

Act as primary client contact for a portfolio of Fortune 500 accounts, managing communications and expectations.

Serve as a brand steward, maintaining strict adherence to established brand guidelines, voice, and visual systems.

Identify and mitigate brand risks or inconsistencies, providing strategic guidance to protect brand integrity.

Organize global creative assets and templates, ensuring rigorous version control across all channels.

Develop creative briefs and internal documentation to ensure team alignment and messaging consistency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

4–7+ years in a design‑forward role involving creative project management or brand management.

Prior experience working within an agency environment is strongly preferred.

Proven track record of executing and maintaining complex brand systems across multiple clients or large‑scale organizations.

A dedicated client‑service mindset with the confidence to interface directly with external stakeholders.

Technical & Design Skills

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for visual storytelling and high‑end presentation layout.

Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.

Strong design judgment with a refined eye for typography, color theory, layout, and visual balance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; familiarity with project management or digital asset management tools is a plus.
