Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Broker Associate based in Los Angeles, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Broker Associate will be responsible for managing hotel sales transactions, guiding clients through the buying and selling process, and providing expert advice and insights on market trends. The role will also include property valuations, contract negotiations, and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and Commercial Real Estate
Strong background in Brokerage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of the California hotel market is a plus
