* Oversee performance management, development, and hiring for a team of 6 employees and being responsible for creating a climate of teamwork and inclusion across discrete responsibilities.* Develop technology training and usage standards and cross-train for back-up to mitigate key-person dependencies.* 10+ years’ combined experience in the following areas: content strategy, planning, reporting, budget analysis, project management, and relationship management.* Strong content creation, compilation, and organization skills including the ability to create fact-based impact narratives.* Experience with working across teams to improve value stream.* Strong internal and external relationship management skills including collaboration and influencing competences.* Experience as a change agent with ability to lead and influence across multiple stakeholder levels.* Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.* Demonstrated ability and proven track record driving results and increasing productivity.* Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.* Staff management and development experience.* Experience in both for-profit and non-profit sectors**Work/Life Resources** to help support topics such as parenting, housing, senior care, finances, pets, legal matters, education, emotional and mental health, and career development.
