What Our Financial Advisors Do
Act as the personal coach to military families, focusing on a financial plan that evolves to meet short‑term and long‑term goals.
Help military families manage day‑to‑day finances, build lifetime assets, and protect against the unexpected.
Engage with the community to bring new clients to First Command, with support from local district teams and the Home Office.
Partner with local military organizations, units, and supporting institutions.
Coach on comprehensive financial plans that include:
Savings and banking
Investments and wealth management
Insurance and risk management
What We Offer
A specialized licensing and comprehensive training program for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses.
Full sponsorship for registration and licensing, covering the SIE, S6, S63, S65, and state Life & Health licenses.
A paid training program with a local district office for successful license holders.
An initial hourly wage for the first three months (minimum wage in the state), with the option to transition to a salaried position and progressive incentives for the remaining nine‑month paid training period.
What to Expect After Training
Opportunity to become an independent contractor Financial Advisor, controlling your career trajectory and compensation based on results.
No cap on earning potential; compensation based on competitive commissions, residual income, bonuses, and deferred compensation.
Professional development, including progressive leadership programs, classroom training, and annual workshops.
Ability to set your own schedule for work‑life balance.
