Role Overview The Tax Partner will lead the tax practice and play a key role in driving business development and firm expansion. This position is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in client acquisition, relationship management, and building a high‑performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow the tax advisory practice, focusing on middle‑market and high‑growth clients.
Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand service offerings.
Build and maintain long‑term client relationships as a trusted advisor.
Mentor and develop junior professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Stay current on tax regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and thought leadership.
Required Qualifications
Active CPA license.
A transferable book of business of $500K+.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in public accounting with a focus on tax.
Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach to growth.
