Key Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
PROSCI or other recognized Change Management certification.
Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
Experience integrating Industry 4.0 solutions (e.g., IoT, AI) into continuous improvement initiatives.
