This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about lean manufacturing and process improvement. The Coordinator helps capture data, maintain documentation, and support CI activities on the production floor.Duties/Responsibilities:• Assist CI team members with data collection during time studies, audits, and process observations.• Enter and organize data in spreadsheets and databases for analysis and reporting.• Maintain and update documentation such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials.• Support the scheduling and coordination of CI events, meetings, and training sessions.• Help prepare visual management tools such as charts, boards, and signage.• Participate in floor walks to observe processes and gather feedback from team members.• Track and communicate progress on improvement initiatives and team suggestions.• Provide general administrative support including filing, printing, and preparing reports.Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical coursework preferred.• Strong organizational and time management skills.• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and interacting with production teams.• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.• Previous administrative or coordination experience is a plus, but not required.Full-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
