Lead a team of hardworking professionals, ensuring high standards and timely project completion. Coordinate mitigation projects (tarping, board‑up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, carpet cleaning/re‑installation) in accordance with company and industry standards. Maintain and prepare crews each morning for the day’s work through daily team huddles. Meet clients and adjusters on site, resolving issues and providing professional opinions. Re‑inspect job sites for quality control. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries and concerns effectively and in a timely manner. Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks and all company equipment. Stay accessible by phone and participate in the on‑call schedule as required. Qualifications
