Digital Media Strategist
Employment Type: Temporary-to-Permanent | Pay: Up to $30/hour | Work Arrangement: Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Create, publish, and maintain digital content across social media, website, email newsletters, CRM, and digital asset platforms
Schedule and optimize written, visual, and short‑form video content to support programs, events, and organizational initiatives
Manage daily social media posting, community engagement, and basic performance tracking
Update website content and ensure publishing standards, accessibility, and usability best practices are followed
Support digital operations including asset management, photography coordination, email distribution, and CRM‑based audience lists
Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
3+ years of experience in digital media, communications, or marketing
Experience producing content for professional or organizational brands
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or equivalent) as well as project management software (Asana or similar tools)
Must be able to work on‑site Monday to Friday in Cambridge, MA
Preferred Experience & Skills
Experience in museums, cultural institutions, academic organizations, or STEAM‑related environments
Experience supporting cross‑functional teams in complex organizations
