Our partner is a full-service engineering and field solutions business operating across the global wind market. With more than 15 years of industry experience and workshop, refurbishment and test bench facilities across the U.S., LATAM and Europe, the organisation supports OEMs, IPPs, owners and operators through drivetrain repair, component manufacturing, field services and aftermarket programs. This role is being hired to build the commercial discipline, forecasting accuracy and customer engagement capabilities required to support the company’s next phase of growth. Location:

Full-time, permanent Role Purpose The Commercial Lead will design, manage and enforce a repeatable commercial operating model across the wind division. The role drives pipeline quality, pricing discipline, forecasting accuracy and customer conversion—enabling predictable revenue, protected margins and scalable delivery. Core Responsibilities Own monthly, quarterly and annual revenue forecasts Drive forecast accuracy to ±10% monthly / ±5% quarterly Lead RFQ response, bid generation and standardised pricing Maintain margin protection across all product and service lines Reduce average quote cycle by 30–40% within six months Customer Ownership Manage strategic accounts including leading US IPPs, utilities and asset owners Run quarterly business reviews and drive conversion of aftermarket and upgrade opportunities Cross-Functional Alignment Work daily with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams across U.S. and international facilities Validate scope, capacity, lead time and cost assumptions before bids enter forecast Lead sales engineering and commercial support resources Standardise commercial processes and enforce CRM discipline (Dynamics 365 preferred) KPIs Forecast accuracy within ±10% monthly / ±5% quarterly Quote cycle time reduced by 30–40% Margin adherence within approved thresholds Customer acknowledgement

CRM data >90% complete and accurate Ideal Background 5–10 years in commercial leadership, pricing or sales management Wind or solar market exposure, ideally power electronics, power conversion, PCS, transformers or other grid-connected equipment Experience supporting major IPPs, utilities or OEM accounts Familiarity with aftermarket services and life-extension/upgrades desired Skills & Behaviours Structurally disciplined, data-driven decision maker Strong financial, pricing and margin control capabilities Able to translate technical concepts into commercial proposals Comfortable challenging assumptions & enforcing process rigor Operates with integrity, confidentiality and a high degree of ownership Why This Matters Our partner is entering a critical growth phase expanding services, scaling aftermarket programs and deepening strategic customer relationships.
