Product Manager — Product Development
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven product manager to help us accelerate internal and external adoption of Spatial and Graph, native features of Oracle AI Database. We are a vibrant and collaborative team, with a mission to deliver best-in-the-industry features and cloud services that save time for developers and cost for executives. As part of our team, you will have a unique opportunity to work on both inbound and outbound initiatives, giving you broad experience in product management.
We are entering an exciting phase, working to boost adoption and drive significant growth in our market share.
We are looking for candidates who:
Have a working knowledge of SQL, Python, and Javascript (Java would be a plus) for scripting and demo development
Are comfortable with publishing demo and sample code on GitHub
Are familiar with using gen AI for code generation (demos and sample code) and as an aid in writing blog posts
Have strong analytical and communication skills
Are comfortable working with technical concepts and collaborating with engineers
Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset
Show initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Autonomous Database and Oracle Cloud
Familiarity with graph technology and spatial technology
Knowledge of Oracle APEX
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Exposure to Agile methodology
Comfortable posting promotional material on social media
Nice to have:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management, technical sales/pre-sales, or software development
Responsibilities In this role, you will:
Help design customer-facing interfaces, APIs, and developer tools for AI features such as Spatial AI and Knowledge Graphs
Lead customer proof-of-concepts (PoCs), drive adoption, and support product marketing efforts
Develop technical content such as demos, tutorials, and hands‑on workshops
Organize and participate in internal and external webcasts, industry events, and conferences to increase awareness of Spatial and Graph technologies in Oracle AI Database and generate opportunities
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, sales, and support, and with partners and customers, to gather requirements and prioritize features
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $74,700 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
