Job Description Location: hybrid with 3 days onsite in Columbus, OH. Also open to the Wheeling, WV office. Applicants are welcome for both locations.

Shift: 1st shift Mon - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

Data entry tasks related to e‑Billing timekeeper submission.

Follow‑ups relating to timekeeper approvals.

Collaboration with internal teams regarding timekeeper submission issues and/or rejections.

Data entry tasks related to e‑Billing invoice submission.

Data entry related to other team initiatives including, but not limited to, team work assignments, approved timekeeper submissions, annual rate increases, departmental training, and departmental standards.

Other data entry and clerical tasks as required.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.

Excellent math aptitude and understanding of general accounting principles.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines with shifting priorities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Positive, energetic, vibrant presence.

Ability to work in a diverse team environment and effectively support the demanding needs of the law firm client.

Self‑starter with a high level of initiative.

Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.

Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion.

Additional Information RRD’s current salary range for this role is $18 – $19 per hour. The range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee and may change in the future. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
