Diagnose and repair service issues on commercial and residential doors, operators, rolling steel doors, sectional doors, springs, and hardware.
Install new doors, operators, and commercial‑grade systems safely and efficiently.
Educate customers by clearly explaining repair options, preventative solutions, and completed work.
Sell services, repairs, and new equipment using the company’s model to present solutions and collect payment.
Manage inventory by maintaining tools, parts, and supplies in the company vehicle.

Basic Position Requirements
Required: Prior commercial garage door experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds independently
Ability to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods
Ability to work in heat, cold, and non–climate-controlled environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow established processes
