Private Credit Associate

Senior Recruiter at Alexander Chapman | Private Equity & Credit Investments We are seeking a Private Credit Associate to join a well-established middle‑market investment platform with a long track record of providing flexible financing solutions. The team focuses on senior, unitranche, and subordinated debt across industrial, business services, and consumer sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct financial and operational due diligence, modeling, and analysis.

Assist in structuring and executing credit transactions.

Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.

Monitor portfolio company performance and compliance.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in private credit, leveraged finance, or investment banking.

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; LBO/credit experience a plus.

Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

This is a hands‑on role offering exposure to deal structuring, investment committee processes, and portfolio management within a highly respected private credit platform.
