Quality Control Analyst (Mortgage Servicing) Akkodis is seeking a Quality Control Analyst (Mortgage Servicing) for a US mortgage servicing job located in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves reviewing documents to ensure accurate mortgage payment collection, compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivery of assistance for eligible programs.

Payrate Range $25/hr to $30/hr

(rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Responsibilities

Review 1098/1099 documents and ensure rate adjustments are correctly calculated.

Confirm that required notices were sent within regulatory timelines.

Audit bankruptcy documentation to verify correct loan handling.

Verify loan payments are processed and applied correctly.

Ensure proper filing of claims to mortgage insurance providers.

Audit missed payment collections, assistance solicitations, notice mailing, and pull soft credit reports.

Confirm escrow account functions are performed properly.

Review loans impacted by FEMA disasters for correct servicing and assistance.

Audit foreclosure processes from initiation to final settlement.

Verify servicing of monitored and unmonitored hazard claims.

Confirm LPI notices and removal procedures.

Assess assistance options offered; finalize permanent assistance, update Loss Mitigation Workstation.

Verify payoff accuracy and lien release processes.

Audit loan‑servicing record transfers (data, amounts, documents).

Additional Responsibilities

Maintain service level standards.

Respond to emails efficiently.

Adhere to all checklist requirements.

Person Specification Knowledge/Experience

Minimum 24–36 months of US mortgage servicing experience.

Knowledge of mortgage servicing process, documentation, loan terminology.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical skills.

Ability to resolve complex issues.

Willingness to work night shift.

Knowledge of MS Office.

Positive, flexible attitude.

Attention to detail.

Customer‑focused.

Strong interpersonal skills; team player.
