The Sr. Specialist of Retail Proposal Service role is within the Business Accommodation Team (BAT), part of the Specialized Relationships Group. This hybrid position in Austin, TX, supports Wealth Advisory Business Development Officers with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to win and retain high-net-worth client assets. The position centralizes and streamlines proposal and sales presentation creation for HNW prospect asset consolidation opportunities, reporting to the Director of BAT. Collaborate with partners across the organization, including Branch Network, Marketing, Wealth Services, Wealth Advisory, and Wealth Strategies Group. Build strong understanding of investor segments, services, products, and marketplace opportunities. Lead development of compelling written proposals and storylines with field representatives and cross‑functional partners to win high and ultra‑high‑net‑worth business. Utilize content slides and attach portfolio analysis reports under BDO direction to support the proposal process. Manage and format content slides to build clear, high‑quality presentations that support business objectives and engage stakeholders. Must Have
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years relevant experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to distill complex information, synthesize data, develop recommendations, and create compelling storylines. Detail‑oriented with superior organization, project management, multi‑tasking, and independent deadline management skills. Strong problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated experience building relationships and working with cross‑functional teams. Client‑centric focus connecting decisions to serving investors and branch network. Knowledge of products and services across organizations. Nice to Have
2+ years in marketing communications, product/program management, sales operations, or client experience. Financial Services industry experience. EEO
