We advise discerning clients on private villas, resort residences, and lifestyle-driven ownership—often through referral-based real estate placement within the Sotheby’s International Realty network.
The Role We are seeking an experienced Travel & Real Estate Advisor who can generate and manage luxury travel bookings while supporting second-home advisory through qualified referrals. This role is best suited for an advisor who values discretion, judgment, and long-term client relationships over volume sales.
Core Responsibilities
Generate and manage luxury travel bookings (private villas, resort residences, extended stays)
Guide clients on destination, property fit, and experience design
Support repeat bookings and long-term client relationships
Second-Home Advisory (Referral-Based)
Support travel-to-buy and second-home inquiries
Coordinate introductions within trusted local and Sotheby’s International Realty networks
Assist with early-stage buyer education and lifestyle positioning
Client & Revenue Development
Identify opportunities to convert travel clients into advisory engagements
Maintain high-touch client communication and follow-through
Ideal Profile
Background in luxury travel, real estate, or hospitality
Proven ability to generate bookings and manage client relationships
Comfortable working within referral-based real estate structures
Highly organized, self-directed, and client-focused
Sotheby’s network familiarity a plus
Compensation
Hybrid structure based on experience
Commission on travel bookings
Clear billing and tracking standards
Final structure aligned collaboratively
