Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles (e.g., production, maintenance, engineering). Partner closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand departmental needs and job specifications. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, safety acumen, and cultural fit for a production environment. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and pre-employment checks. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and high-volume manufacturing positions. Utilize diverse sourcing strategies including industry-specific job boards, vocational schools, and local outreach programs. Provide market intelligence on compensation trends and talent availability within the manufacturing sector. Recommended Qualifications
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven ability to source and attract specialized technical, engineering, and skilled trades talent. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry-specific certifications or requirements. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools. Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers. Bonus Qualifications
Familiarity with manufacturing processes (e.g., Lean, CNC, PLC) or industry-specific terminology. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) software.
