Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale Negotiate contracts with buyer\'s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client Qualifications
Must possess or be willing to obtain a TN and/or MS real estate license Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
