Compensation:

$90,000 – $110,000 Base Salary

About The Role Location: Hackensack, NJ (Hybrid) 2-3 days in office

This role will drive profitable growth through execution of the pricing strategy, price‑pack architecture (PPA), elasticity insights, and scenario modeling. Translate analytics into clear guardrails and recommendations that sales, marketing, and finance can act on.

Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is a holistic approach to support our growth agenda in a profitable and sustainable way across five key levers.

Pricing & Price Pack Architecture; Promotional Management; Trade Spend Optimization; Trade Profitability & Profit Pool; Active Mix Management.

Main Responsibilities

Build & support high quality RGM strategies with the US RGM Lead

Lead deployment of RGM pillars—Pricing, Price Pack Architecture, and Trade Spend—by equipping markets with analytics, tools, and actionable growth playbooks

Ensure customer plans align with RGM principles and deliver targeted results by modeling revenue and margin impact of pricing/pack changes and tracking performance against forecasts

Establish clear ways of working and a regular cadence of RGM reviews with Key Account Managers to identify, prioritize, and execute high‑value opportunities

Analyze and apply price elasticity insights to guide pricing decisions—develop models, run scenario simulations (list changes, pack size shifts, promo overlays), and turn results into actionable recommendations

Work closely with Global RGM team—ensuring needed analytical, tooling and training support is provided to the US team from Global RGM team

Collaborate closely with US Field Sales, Sales Planning, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align strategies, share insights, and ensure seamless execution of RGM initiatives

Minimum Requirements

2-4 years of RGM, Pricing, Finance and Customer Management with experience price modeling elasticities and scenario planning

Advanced analytical skills, advanced excel and modelling

Strong understanding of financial P&L structure and growth levers

In‑depth knowledge of CPG retail landscape, including pricing practices/priorities, promotion management and trade terms optimization

Experience in setting up and embedding of new processes and ways of working

Experience in working cross‑functionally and strategic influencing

Ability to multi‑task and work flexibly under tight deadlines

Able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing/presentations

Able to travel 10% or as needed
