Real Estate Agent

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role located in Matthews, NC. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling real estate properties, managing negotiations, providing market insights, and delivering exceptional customer service. Tasks include conducting property showings, analyzing market trends, creating sales strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships. Agents will work closely with both clients and other real estate professionals to ensure transactions are conducted efficiently and successfully while meeting client needs.

Qualifications

Current and valid Real Estate License

Knowledge of real estate market trends, legal requirements, and real property management

Proven experience in customer service and building strong client relationships

Strong sales skills and ability to negotiate effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly motivated, results‑driven, and organized

Proficiency in using real estate technology and tools is a plus

Familiarity with the Matthews, NC area is an advantage
