Schedule: Part‑Time | 16 Hours | 11PM – 7AM
For over 40 years, North Hill, a not‑for‑profit senior living community in Needham, Massachusetts, has provided vibrant living opportunities to people 65+ by offering hospitality, wellness and health‑care services. As a Care Partner, you will contribute to a supportive and cooperative working environment, promote the well‑being and success of all residents by being positive, flexible and willing to help. You will partner with residents to provide resident‑centered care, including ADL’s and meal preparation and serving. This position is in Assisted Care/Enhanced Living.
Job Specific Duties
Services may include, but are not limited to, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation and delivery, companion care, and transport on the North Hill campus.
Follow Medicare requirements and regulations when conducting certified home visits, and follow all agency policy and procedure for care and services provided to all patients/residents.
Follow a written plan of care when providing direct patient care, and ensure that training has been conducted by the Wellness Nurse.
Complete all required annual education on a timely basis.
Adhere to required policies and procedures related to confidentiality of personal health information of patients as required by HIPAA standards.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide input for care coordination and collaboration.
Participate in department meetings, as required.
May participate in the clinical orientation of Certified Nursing Assistants as requested by the manager.
Comply with all HIPAA regulations, attend new team member orientation and complete all required annual education and training.
Required Education And Experience
High School diploma or equivalent.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course of study approved through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, team members and visitors, and must be able to communicate effectively in English.
Must exhibit tact and patience when dealing with challenging situations.

Pay Range: $21-$26 per hour
