Allcare Home Health Agency is a homecare provider dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality home care services to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. We are looking for a business development professional to market our services to the community. This position is unique in that our Business Development Rep./Marketer builds their own “book of business” allowing for a steady substantial increase in annual income while providing the independence and opportunity similar to an entrepreneur, but without the risk We provide a competitive base salary and commission for each client acquired for the life of the services contracted. If you have a proven track record of successfully managing your business, meeting sales objectives, or you are a successful healthcare professional seeking a great business development opportunity, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities: Generate referrals for the agency by marketing the agency’s services directly to Doctor’s Offices, Hospital Discharge Planners, Case Managers, Social Workers, Surgical Centers, Assisted Living Facilities, Senior Centers, Rehab Facilities, Veterans Administration and build relationships with all parties. Identify, network and develop relationships with healthcare providers to generate new client opportunities. Actively generate leads and sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach activities. Educate families, healthcare professionals, and community groups on the benefits of home care services. Attend community outreach programs, health fairs, and networking events to promote the agency and its services. Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, referrals, and relationship-building activities in the CRM system. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with rehab facilities, hospitals, assisted living facilities, case managers, government agencies Seek out and acquire new contract opportunities for agency in Assisted Living Facilities. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the agency’s overall growth goals. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, business development, or community outreach, preferably in home health or home care. Group presentation and speaking experience is a plus Must have experience with PowerPoint and Excel Proven experience in sales or clinical professional is preferred Knowledge of the home care industry and home health services is a plus Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary plus commission Cumulative income growth based on your “book of business” 401K/Simple IRA Medical PTO Physical Requirements:

Combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.
