Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Lean Six Sigma projects from conception to completion across manufacturing operations.
Identify, analyze, and prioritize process inefficiencies and waste within production systems.
Develop, implement, and sustain continuous improvement strategies and methodologies.
Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on Lean principles, Six Sigma tools, and problem-solving techniques.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and impact of improvement initiatives.
Facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities and root cause analysis.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and waste reduction throughout the organization.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in Lean methodologies and tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical process control (SPC) skills.
Proven ability to manage projects, facilitate change, and train/mentor cross-functional teams.
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Theory of Constraints (TOC).
