Overview A growing civil plaintiff law firm in Irvine is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join its team. This role is open to attorneys from plaintiff or defense backgrounds who are interested in transitioning into or continuing plaintiff‑side work in a supportive, growth‑focused environment. Responsibilities
Handling civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
Participating in depositions, mediations, and case strategy
Working closely with senior attorneys and partners on active cases
Gaining direct exposure to plaintiff‑side litigation and case development
Compensation & Bonus Structure
Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)
Bonus: 3% of the attorney’s fees on cases you handle
