Collaborate with leaders from various functional areas to develop and enhance business continuity plans
Design and execute business continuity exercises and tests, analyzing outcomes for improvement
Drive continual improvements in continuity processes through audits and stakeholder collaboration
Align business continuity plans with disaster recovery and cyber incident response capabilities
Lead annual Business Continuity Planning activities, updating necessary documentation and assessments
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
7 years of progressive experience in Business Continuity, including 3-5 years in complex technology environments
Proven experience in writing, designing, and executing business continuity tests
Strong working knowledge of ISO 22301 and experience with compliance auditing
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Lead ISO 22301 Auditor Certification
Experience with Health & Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001)
Technical knowledge of IT systems and cloud computing concepts
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with cybersecurity risks such as malware and phishing
