Job Description We’re looking for an experienced, forward‑thinking marketer to redefine how we show up across social and cultural moments. You’ll drive overall consumer engagement by leading our influencer strategy across platforms, guiding high‑impact brand partnerships, and elevating our PR efforts – shaping how consumers experience and connect with Perfect Bar.
Key Responsibilities
Lead paid and earned influencer marketing strategies for all product launches and ongoing evergreen brand initiatives.
Personally oversee our macro and long‑term influencer program by managing budgets, cultivating strong relationships, and overseeing the full partnership lifecycle.
Partner with and manage our external influencer agency who executes day‑to‑day management for remaining partner tiers.
Spearhead our organic seeding strategy to spark earned conversations, including managing seeding agencies, fulfillment, and creative implementation.
Lead brand partnership programs, cultivating robust connections and orchestrating multiple activations from concept to execution each year.
Lead day‑to‑day PR agency management and support the development of culturally resonant PR stunts.
Oversee key events, experiences, and activations that drive engagement across influencer, partnership, and PR initiatives.
Define, track and optimize KPIs across influencer, partnerships & PR programs.
Manage the influencer and partnership budget to maximize impact.
Partner closely with paid media and organic social partners to develop engagement‑driving content.
Key Requirements
5+ years of influencer marketing experience in food, beverage, beauty, health & wellness, or lifestyle brands.
Proven track record of developing, executing, and scaling high‑impact influencer campaigns across social platforms.
Experience managing or contributing to brand partnerships, co‑branded campaigns, or cross‑industry collaborations.
Deep understanding of the creator economy, social media platforms, and content strategy.
Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills with creators, agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to adapt quickly, multitask effectively, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency with influencer sourcing and analytics tools.
Exceptional aesthetic judgment with strong attention to detail.
Appreciation for culture, trends, and emerging platforms, pulse on what drives meaningful engagement for target consumers.
Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of PR strategy and earned storytelling.
Trend‑spotting skills with ability to activate against competitive, cultural, and social trends.
Passion for content creation, social media, and consumer engagement.
Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with owned ownership and drive initiatives end‑to‑end.
Salary and Benefits The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815. The exact salary depends on experience, skills, education and location. The role is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program and may include over‑achievement bonuses based on performance and company results.
