Position Summary
Action Power Sports is seeking a
Lead Parts & Accessories
professional to help drive growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency within our Parts Department. This is a highly customer-forward role that plays a key part in supporting new major unit sales while also managing current and obsolete inventory. The Lead will help set department goals, improve processes, and serve as a key support for both customers and internal sales teams. Parts department experience is ideal but
not required —we are looking for a motivated leader with strong organizational skills, customer service focus, and the ability to learn quickly. Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales Support Deliver outstanding customer service at the parts counter, over the phone, and online
Assist customers with parts and accessories selection to support major unit purchases
Work closely with the sales team to increase accessory attachment rates on new major units
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Inventory Management Manage current parts inventory to ensure accuracy, availability, and efficiency
Identify and help reduce obsolete or slow-moving inventory
Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
Support inventory planning and organization to maximize profitability
Leadership & Department Goals Help establish and track department goals (sales, inventory turns, customer satisfaction)
Assist in developing processes and best practices for the Parts & Accessories department
Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and teamwork
Support training and mentoring of team members as needed
Operations & Administration Maintain accurate records in the dealership management system (DMS)
Ensure parts department standards are met for cleanliness, organization, and safety
Coordinate with service and sales departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications & Skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Leadership mindset with the ability to take initiative
Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, retail environment
Parts department or powersports experience is a plus, but
not required
Knowledge or interest in powersports, motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or accessories preferred
