Hello, Dick Smith is searching for a self-motivated individual to join our Business Development Center. BDRs (Business Development Representatives) are the heartbeat of the dealership. You are the first person many of our customer make contact with and set the pace for the rest of the experience. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. You bring the work ethic, and we’ll provide the training. People with previous front of house restaurant experience, hospitality, and phone sales tend to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

Call, Text, and Email Customer Daily (High Volume Requirement)

Set Appointments That Show Up

Set a positive first impression of the dealership.

Build value in yourself, the dealership, and vehicles.

Set appropriate expectations for customers

Compensation

$18 an hour PLUS Commissions

Realistic earning potential of up to $70,000, for high performers.

40 hours per week (Min)

Ability to work min of 2 Saturdays a month.
