Trust Sales and Growth Manager
Location: Houston, TX
Base Pay $165,000 - $175,000 per year

What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with advisor practices.
Drive awareness and adoption of corporate trust services by helping advisors clearly articulate the value proposition to their clients.
Serve as a subject matter expert on trust services, positioning solutions appropriately within advisor-led client relationships.
Partner with advisors and their clients to assess trust and estate planning needs.
Review trust administration requirements and recommend appropriate structures, pricing, and service models.
Meet annual goals related to new trust assets and revenue growth.
Collaborate with advisors, clients, and estate attorneys to move opportunities through the full sales pipeline—from identification through commitment and account opening.
Facilitate the appointment of the trust company as successor trustee or agent.
Ensure a smooth transition from business development to implementation and ongoing trust administration.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred but not required.
10+ years of experience in trust administration, trust sales, business development, or a related field.
Proven track record of driving business growth and successfully closing trust opportunities.
Consultative mindset with a high level of professionalism and client service.
Compensation and Benefits
$165,000 - $175,000 Base pay, plus commission (based on experience).
Discretionary bonus (dependent on performance).
