Property Manager ($2,000 Sign On Bonus)
Join Bozzuto in an exciting role that blends leadership, finance, and resident engagement across a high‑performing residential property.
Responsibilities
Lead by example, embodying Bozzuto’s core values.
Execute sales, marketing, and operational activities to hit occupancy and retention targets.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, P&L and reporting to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Partner with marketing to implement strategies and drive community visibility.
Ensure consistent guest satisfaction and positive community reviews.
Work weekends (one weekend per month, with two days off in the week) to accommodate prospective residents.
Mentor and develop the property team and provide hands‑on assistance as needed.
Qualifications
4‑year college degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years in property management, hospitality or retail.
Strong leadership and client relationship track record.
Revenue, budget and P&L management experience.
Proficiency with industry software (YARDI preferred).
Basic knowledge of GAAP and solid financial skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Professional appearance.
Compensation
Base salary: $78,540 – $85,000 per year.
Eligible for additional bonus opportunities.
