Proven leadership and team management skills for maintenance personnel. Expertise in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and preventive/predictive maintenance programs. Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, TPM). Bonus Qualifications
Advanced proficiency with CMMS administration, data analysis, and optimization. Proven experience implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
